From the first conversation to what follows. Five steps, one line.

1. 01

   Meet

   An advisor comes to you. Together we look at what you want to achieve, and what that takes.

   We listen for the aim, the pace, and what is already there. No form to fill in: a conversation at the table, or wherever you work.

   A new collection that has to land, for instance, or a back office that takes too much time.

2. 02

   Prepare

   Everything from that conversation goes to the technical lead, who sets it up so work can start straight away.

   Access, material and the agreements from the first meeting come together in one place. The AI specialists do not start in a vacuum.

   The shop catalogue, for instance, the imagery you already have, or a brand style that is already set.

3. 03

   Make

   The four AI specialists get to work. Each in their own discipline, together as one.

   What one sets down is where the next one starts. Story, Visibility, Reach and Process run in the same line, not as four separate jobs.

   A launch, for instance, where the story, the image and the reach keep the same voice.

4. 04

   Review

   The result is checked, and your advisor brings it back to you.

   You see the set before anything goes live. What stays, continues. What needs to change goes back into the atelier.

   A first set of pages, images or a flow, for instance, ready for a yes or a no.

5. 05

   Stay close

   After that, your advisor stays within reach. A call, an adjustment, or a moment to improve something together.

   What the engagement taught us stays. The next round starts from what is already known, not from zero.

   An extra variant, for instance, an adjustment in the flow, or the next brief that builds on this one.
